Trust & safety

- Show her where things are kept, your hygiene norms, and your child’s routine. Ten minutes on day one saves a week of guessing.
- Be clear about the day
- Spell out the childcare tasks you want covered — feeding, play, hygiene, rest — and when.
- Share the essentials up front
- Allergies, medication guidance and emergency contacts, before the first visit starts.
- No unauthorised medication
- Never ask her to give your child medicine unless a parent or doctor has prescribed and authorised it.
- Never alone in public spaces
- She should not be left alone with your child in public or unsecured areas, and neither of them should be put on hazardous play or heavy lifting.
- Give feedback before she leaves
- Tell her — and us — how the visit went while it’s fresh. That’s how the service actually improves.

Karely provides professionally trained and verified caregivers for children aged 6 months to 5 years, delivering reliable in-home childcare and child-related support. Every caregiver undergoes rigorous ID verification, comprehensive training, and an in-person screening to ensure the highest standards of safety and care.
How are caregivers assigned?
Based on your location, your child’s age, language preference, and preferred schedule, Karely handpicks caregiver profiles that best match your family’s needs. We arrange a trial session before confirming the service, giving you the confidence to choose the caregiver who is the right fit for your child.
Can I request a specific caregiver?
Yes. Subject to availability, we will do our best to assign your preferred caregiver.
What is Karely’s service duration?
Karely specialises in scheduled in-home childcare with 4, 8 or 10-hour shifts. Services can be booked for a single day, a few days, or as a monthly subscription.
Does the caregiver do housework?
